Start your week on the right foot with a relaxed morning wellness walk through Oswit Canyon, led by David and Rene of Hike Local Palm Springs. This beginner-friendly outing is designed as an easy, confidence-building introduction to the trail—no experience required.
Think of it as a guided nature walk: simple, safe, and enjoyable. Along the way, you’ll get an up-close look at local desert plants, cacti, and wildlife while moving at a comfortable pace.
This is a great way to stretch your legs, get fresh air, and connect with fellow PSHA Members in a low-pressure, genuinely enjoyable setting. Participation is limited to 20 people to keep the experience pe
rsonal and relaxed. The walk is free for PSHA Members and their staff. If you’ve been meaning to try a hike—or just want to start your Monday feeling better than usual—this is the one to sign up for.
