A Palm Springs Airport Update:

Daniel Meier, Deputy Director of Aviation, Marketing and Air Service for Palm Springs International Airport, will be providing a comprehensive update on the current state of PSP and its vision for the future. He’ll cover how the airport is responding to growing passenger demand, recent federal infrastructure funding and master planning progress for expanded gates, upgraded baggage systems and energy-resilient projects, plus long-term initiatives like terminal expansion and international arrival capabilities. Attendees will get insight into what’s ahead for air service, facilities and traveler experience as PSP continues to evolve as a regional hub.

PSHA in partnership with Palm Springs Preferred Small Hotels, is proud to present an upcoming Speakers Panel that brings together the key voices shaping the Palm Springs tourism ecosystem. This conversation features industry leaders who support, connect, and guide our destination—from hospitality and business to experiences and community partners.
Panelists will break down how the local tourism ecosystem actually functions, why collaboration across sectors is essential to sustained growth, and what it takes for Palm Springs to remain competitive and successful in a rapidly changing market. This is a practical, forward-looking discussion for anyone invested in the future of our destination.

Monday Morning Wellness Walk 
Monday March 23rd, meeting time 8:30 AM

Start your week on the right foot with a relaxed morning wellness walk through Oswit Canyon, led by David and Rene of Hike Local Palm Springs. This beginner-friendly outing is designed as an easy, confidence-building introduction to the trail—no experience required. Think of it as a guided nature walk: simple, safe, and enjoyable. Along the way, you’ll get an up-close look at local desert plants, cacti, and wildlife while moving at a comfortable pace.
This is a great way to stretch your legs, get fresh air, and connect with fellow PSHA Members in a low-pressure, genuinely enjoyable setting.
Participation is limited to 20 people to keep the experience personal and relaxed. The walk is free for PSHA Members and their staff.
