Since its inception in 2008, Andrea Carter & Associates has become an established local firm known for putting together customized marketing solutions for each client. Andrea is a multi-skilled marketing professional, with senior-level proficiencies in all facets of marketing, including public relations, copywriting, strategic marketing, social media, event management, radio production, crisis communications and acting as a spokesperson for clients that require it. Clients include SunLine Transit Agency, PS Resorts, the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, Morongo Basin Healthcare District, Osborne Rincon CPAs, the Girlfriend Factor, Boys & Girls Club of Palm Springs and VIP Urgent Care. She also serves as the editor of La Quinta’s community magazine, The Gem. Andrea is the pro bono Public Relations Director and one of the founding board members for the Patrick Warburton Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She served a 3-year term as president of the Sheltering Sisters Auxiliary fundraising board for Shelter From The Storm – the regional shelter for victims of domestic violence – and a 2-year term as the president of Palm Springs Women in Film & Television.She spent 5 years on the board for Desert Arc, and served on the board of Women Leaders Forum of the Desert. Andrea was named one of the "40 Under 40" Rising Young Professionals in the Region by Palm Springs Life magazine in 2010, and was also honored as one of the "Top 12 Most Interesting & Influential Women of the Coachella Valley" by CV Weekly magazine in 2016.
