Since 2005 Grill Ventures (GVI) has helped hotels, hotel companies and hotel brands throughout the Americas,
in an F&B consulting capacity.
GVI’s work has ranged from concept development to operations/marketing review & analysis,
to special one-off project assignments.
More recently GVI's President, Ned Barker, helped develop the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s Hotel|Kitchen food waste prevention program. Ned's primary focus is now food waste prevention.
